Saved message templates

Reusable drafts for your account, service and marketing messages. Open a template to edit it in the builder. Saving a template does not activate an event or schedule delivery.

Draft fields in square brackets must be completed before use. Published account versions are used for new registration and password-reset events. Editing a draft does not change its published version. Secure action links are added automatically; use static text and Arial font for account copy. Commercial messages require a consented audience.
